Premium dairy products are one of the two headline verticals at the Mehsana facility. A pallet of frozen paneer is fragile in ways that a pallet of frozen chicken is not. Setpoint drift compresses code dates. Mechanical handling damages portion seals. Repeated dock-door cycling promotes ice formation on soft surfaces. We slot dairy across the three chambers by brand or batch where customers need it, run the conveyor-fed inbound flow so the dock-to-chamber window stays short, and stage outbound trailers pre-cooled to setpoint before the first pallet rolls in. Code-date FEFO is enforced in the Logistix WMS, with cycle counts daily across the movable rack lanes.
