Coldchain,keptwhole.
One facility in Mehsana, Gujarat. 8,400 pallet positions across three independent chambers, held to a single precision frozen setpoint of -18 degrees C on a movable rack system, 500 metres behind the McCain Foods plant on SH-41.
Strategically placed inside India's densest frozen food and dairy belt, with room to grow.
Colden commissioned its Mehsana facility in 2026 at Survey No. 117 and 120 on the Ahmedabad to Palanpur Highway. The plot puts the room at the centre of one of India's densest agro-processing belts, with room on the same site for an expansion of at least 15,000 additional pallet positions when demand asks for it.

Cold stays cold, gate to gate.
A reefer trailer pulls into Mehsana.
Gate scans trailer ID and weighs the unit. Temperature is logged before any dock door opens, 500 metres behind the McCain plant.
Every pallet gets probed, scanned, keyed.
Core probe, SSCC scan, damage photograph, Logistix WMS entry under ninety seconds per pallet.
8,400 pallets. Three chambers. One setpoint.
The movable rack system shifts on rails when an aisle is called. Three independent chambers, all on a single setpoint at minus eighteen.
Orders drop. FEFO pulls. Code-date holds.
Reach trucks pull by FEFO and code-date. Cases stage sealed at minus eighteen, ready for the trailer.
Trailer pre-cooled. Seal numbers in the BOL.
Pre-cool the trailer in the 50+ reefer yard, load by delivery sequence, email seal and final probe reading to the consignee.
Sixty-second telemetry, gate to gate.
Trailer telematics report temperature every sixty seconds across SH-41 and the wider Gujarat lanes. Excursion above minus sixteen pings ops.

Two services, one operating system.
Frozen storage and value-added handling. Both run under the Logistix WMS and one customer portal so a frozen potato processor or a premium dairy brand sees the same data we do, in the same screen we do, at the same time.
One Mehsana facility, 8,400 pallets, three chambers, one operating model.
We built one facility in the right place and tuned the plant for one job. The movable rack system carries 8,400 pallet positions across three independent chambers of 2,800 each, all held at -18 degrees C. Seven dock doors face the highway side of the plot, fed by an integrated conveyor system from one of the largest indoor staging areas in the Gujarat belt. McCain Foods is 500 metres behind us. HyFun Foods is 5 km away. SH-41 is at the gate.
Five verticals. One playbook.
The cold chain looks different for a frozen potato processor than it does for a premium dairy brand, but the operating discipline is the same. Tight setpoint, short dwell, clean paperwork, on-time dispatch. Here is how it shows up by vertical.
Three sister companies. 8 partners. One operating bench.
Colden is one of four businesses run by the same Ahmedabad promoter network. The work is different. The standard is the same.
From the operators who load the trailers.
Our parathas inbound from McCain runs ten minutes door to chamber at Colden. The Logistix screen shows us the same pallet movements the floor sees. Coming from a warehouse where we used to chase BOL on WhatsApp, the difference is everything.
Frozen paneer cannot afford a soft excursion at any point. Colden is the first room I have walked into in Gujarat where the dock door log, the WMS log, and the trailer probe log all line up. Their ops desk picks up before my message goes through.
We dispatch into Surat, Vadodara, and Rajkot four times a week. Loads leave Colden when they say they will leave. We have not had a single missed appointment since we moved our frozen FMCG SKUs over in early 2026.
Telluswhatyouship.
A few details about temperature class, pallet volume, and lane in or out of Mehsana, and we will come back with a real rate. No deck, no dance.
