The founding team built Colden around India's frozen food and dairy corridor in Gujarat. The Mehsana site was scoped, permitted, and commissioned with one operating brief: cold storage that runs on the same discipline as the processing plants feeding it.
Operations lead
Head of Operations
Runs the Mehsana floor across receiving, three chambers, the conveyor, the 50+ reefer yard, and the Logistix WMS. On the dock every shift change.
Commercial lead
Head of Commercial
Owns customer success, rate cards, and the partnership programme with McCain, HyFun, and the dairy and FMCG brands moving through the facility.
Engineering lead
Head of Refrigeration
Owns the refrigeration plant, the movable rack mechanicals, and the conveyor system. Signed off on the commissioning records for all three chambers.
Quality lead
Head of Quality and Compliance
Runs quality, food safety, and customer audits across FSSAI, ISO 9001, HACCP, and BRCGS. First point of contact for customer-side QA.
Sustainability lead
Head of Sustainability
Owns the solar offset programme, the rainwater harvesting build, and the path toward Net Zero Carbon at the Mehsana facility.
