One facility, three chambers, 8,400 pallet positions on a movable rack high-density storage system, single setpoint at -18 degrees C. We slot inventory by velocity and code-date in the Logistix WMS so picks stay quick, doors stay shut, and dwell stays low.

Storage and transport are the spine. Value-added is where the product gets ready for the shelf, the website, or the inspector. We run it in-line with the Logistix WMS so the cold chain never breaks for a label swap.
